Clarendale Arcadia is among an elite group recently recognized with a 2023 RED (Real Estate Development) Award. The annual awards, considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry, recognize Arizona’s top commercial real estate projects completed in the prior year. Clarendale Arcadia won the top honor in the Multifamily Project, less than 350,000 s.f., category. This year’s competition featured a record-setting number of nominations.
